On behalf of the organizing committee, we invite you to participate in the XIX International Conference Rabies in The Americas (RITA) to be held at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia from September 28 – October 3, 2008.  The Organizing Committee is looking for co-sponsors, donors, and exhibitors for this event!

Gala Supporter                                                             $30,000
Exclusive Opportunity

A formal gala event on Wednesday evening will include great cuisine, music, and a “rabies-themed” auction.  This memorable event will be held in an off-site venue as decided upon by the donor and organizing committee.  The event sponsorship level may vary significantly based on the location of the event.

Benefits include:

• Recognition on posters, displays, conference materials, RITA Web site, and other locations as appropriate as the Premiere Sponsor.
• Recognition on all Gala Event materials as Premiere Sponsor.
• Provided two pages in the conference program booklet for advertisement.

Translation Supporter                                                  $30,000
Exclusive Opportunity

RITA provides a unique opportunity of a convergence of scientists from throughout the Americas.  Oral presentations may be presented in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.  Simultaneous translation is provided during the conference.  This allows an important exchange of information despite differences in language of choice.

The most popular of all support opportunities, conference registrations bags are filled with pertinent materials and given to each delegate.  Your organization’s name and logo as well as the conference logo and conference information will be imprinted on the bags to promote high visibility for your organization.

There are several opportunities to support a lunch break or reception during the week of the conference.  Organizations who are interested in sponsoring a lunch or reception can work with the conference organizers to select the desired date/time and menu.
